The Evergreen Veterinary Clinic staff is excited to announce our partial reopening plan for Tuesday, June 15, 2021! In an effort to keep everyone safe and healthy, we have been busy cleaning our office and instituting safety guidelines to prepare for your safe return. As we navigate our way through this transitional period, we kindly ask that clients adhere to our new procedures and policies. As a friendly reminder, if you are feeling ill or experiencing flu-like symptoms and have an upcoming appointment, please call us to reschedule.

During this transitional time, we are only allowing clients into the clinic who have examination appointments for their pets. When you arrive at the clinic, please check in for your appointment by calling us at (408) 238-0690, then press option #1. Once our doctor is ready to examine your pet, our staff will escort you into one of our exam rooms. MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES while you are in the building, and we will only allow ONE family member to enter at a time. Due to the size of our exam rooms and the inability to allow for social distancing, it may be necessary for your pet’s exam to be performed in our treatment area while you wait in your designated exam room.

In an effort to maintain social distancing through this transitional period, we will continue to offer curbside service for all surgery and dental check-ins, nurse’s appointments, and food / prescription pick-ups at this time.
